NAGE Housing Inc. is a for-profit entity that is wholly owned by the Union. It was incorporated in September 1979 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to engage in real-estate development in the capacity of general partner and to act as a sponsor for non-profit housing corporations.
The goal of NAGE Housing is to identify and develop opportunities for housing that benefit our members by providing affordable, well-built units for working women, men, and their families, while at the same time improving the communities where NAGE members live and work.
NAGE Housing seeks opportunities that will achieve these goals while at the same time minimize financial risk and produce a fair profit in order to return monies back to the Union so that dues can remain at the lowest level possible.
