One of the hallmarks of NAGE, and an operating principle that sets us apart from so many other national unions, is our belief that locals best know how to meet the needs of their membership. We believe that locals should be given as much autonomy as they desire, while still receiving expert support at the national level whenever needed.
To help locals reach the highest level of autonomy, we will continually add documents, tip sheets, trainings and useful information to this resource center so that presidents, stewards, and other local leaders have quick and easy access to answers to common questions and concerns.
The toolkit will also provide forms that members and local leaders can download to change their mailing address, use to recruit new members, and change their per capita information.
