NAGE National President David J. Holway was recently sworn in to President Biden's Federal Salary Council.The duty of this council is to provide recommendations on pay differentials for federal employees*. As a three-time appointee to President Obama’s National Council on Federal Labor-Management Relations, NAGE President Holway is proud to continue supporting the working people of this country. Holway states, “I look forward to serving on the council, to ensure the future of labor and continued equity for federal employees.”
