Wednesday EMS Week Honoree - IAEP Local 152 of Victorville, CA

Scrappy, Reliable, Resourceful, Unified - These are the qualities that make Victorville shine, these are the qualities which have held the men and women of Local 152 together during this extraordinarily challenging year in EMS.
On this Wednesday of EMS Week 2021 we honor Local 152 for their professionalism and resilience in facing every challenge presented to them. Selected by IAEP National Representative Shelly Hudelson, Victorville has played a critical role in the pandemic response of Southern California. While their community is dwarfed by nearby Los Angeles the fallout and complications which plagued other SoCal locals were felt equally by 152. And throughout it all, Victorville found a way to move forward. Members and local leaders from around the country attribute this perseverence to Victorville's dedicated leadership. From constant communication with national representatives to prompt problem solving in tough labor disagreements, the elected officers of local 152 have guided their colleagues through numerous challenges.
The entire IAEP family applauds the exemplary work Local 152 has done this year and wishes each member a Happy EMS Week!

The American Labor Movement has consistently demonstrated its devotion to the public interest. It is, and has been, good for all America. - John F. Kennedy
