Trial Court Web Access Update:

NAGE union officials had a discussion with 1st Deputy Crystal Collier November 12, 2014, regarding internet access policy for MA probation officers.  Deputy Collier indicated the policy is a work in progress and that she needs more time to ascertain what the needs of probation officers are and how management can accommodate those needs.  Deputy Collier acknowledged that NAGE’s position has been for full internet access. NAGE will continue to have frequent conversations on this issue with Deputy Collier until the problem is resolved.
If you are attempting to access a website that is blocked, send an email to Margaret Thompson at with the web site address. NAGE will forward those website addresses to management and request that they be unblocked.
