Trial Court Unilaterally Implements Vaccine Mandate Policy
Today, our Trial Court members were informed of a vaccine mandate policy requiring our members to provide proof of a Covid vaccination or be subjected to regular Covid testing.Please know the Union will immediately file a charge at the State Division of Labor Relations (DLR) for its failure to adhere to the labor laws of the Commonwealth.
