Trial Court Directs Posting In ULP Charge Against Chief Court Officer

In a major victory for the Union and Court Officers of Wrentham District Court, the Trial Court has agreed to post that probable cause existed that Sections 10(a)(1), (2), (3), and (5) of Mass General Laws Chapter 150E had been violated.

The charges stemmed from a series of illegal actions by the Wrentham Chief against NAGE and its members. NAGE filed an unfair labor practice charge (ULP) against the Chief and the Trial Court, and on November 7, 2016 the Department of Labor issued its complaint.

We wish to thank the courageous Court Officers in Wrentham for standing up and speaking out against the bullying actions of the Chief.  This case is a prime example that NAGE will ALWAYS fight on behalf of its members, no matter who’s in charge!
