Survey on Impact of

SEIU/NAGE and the Workplace Bullying Institute are conducting a survey to explore the reactions of NAGE's state sector members to Article 6A--the "Mutual Respect" article--of our contract with the Commonwealth. 

NAGE negotiated the language of the Healthy Workplace Bill into our contract as Article 6A. Since it took effect on July 1, 2009, Article 6A has helped NAGE improve working conditions for many NAGE members who had suffered in hostile, humiliating, and intimidating work environments.

The results of the survey will be included into a presentation at the American Psychological Association's Annual Conference on Work, Stress and Health in May 2015. NAGE Local 282 President Greg Sorozan will participate in that conference.
