Local R1-294 Hunters Ambulance Chief Shop Steward Sean Thompson and President Eric Heidtman, along with IAEP National Director Phil Petit, National Representative Pete Zera, Assistant General Counsel Doug Hall, and Legislative Assistant Chris Kennedy attended the visit.
The group met with Connecticut State Senator Saud Anwar, who has been hailed as an EMS hero in the state for his work creating an EMS working group and pushing multiple IAEP-backed bills in the state.
