Congratulations to the Newest Graduating Class of the Trial Court Officers Academy

On Friday, April 10, 2015 36 individuals became Court Officers in a ceremony held at the MA State Police Academy in New Braintree, MA. Many of these recruits were promoted internally.
Becoming a Court Officer is no easy task. The academy requires recruits to participate in a 6 week program which included both rigorous physical fitness and education tests and standards.
NAGE Local 458 President, David Abbott was happy to see the local grow and was pleased with all the internal promotions. Abbott added, “We need to continue to fight for more. There are still great ACO’s out there who deserve a promotion. We need to ensure people are reaching their full potential.”
NAGE is delighted to see its members working hard to better their careers and we look forward to working with our newly classified Local 458 members.
