BREAKING: Non-essentials do not report

NAGE has just learned that Governor Baker is directing all non-essential employees to not report to work tomorrow, Monday 3/16/20 and Tuesday, 3/17/20.

We would like to thank Governor Baker for this important action in ensuring the health and safety of our members across the Commonwealth.  We are grateful that his response to our proposals will go far in protecting all employees.

We will keep you updated as we learn more.  We will be in contact once we have specific guidelines on what positions are deemed essential.

Thank you and stay safe.

We can either have democracy in this country or we can have great wealth concentrated in the hands of a few; but we can't have both. - Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis
